TUESDAY, JUNE 25. I.— Arrival at railway station, 6 p.m., on the 25th. The royal paity, after being met by llu Mayor, proceeds at once to Fernhill. WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26. 2. — On Wednesday, the 26fch, the royal party leave Fernhill at 11.30 in accordance with the original programme. 3. — At the Octagon the citizens' address will be presented by the Mayor, and all the other approved addresses will be piesented and replied to. Medals to returned troopers will be presented. The Otago medal to Nurse Eoss ■will be presented by her Royal Hjgkjiess 4. — Procession will then proceed on the route as in original programme, and return to Fernhill. 5. — At 2.30 the royal party will leave Fernhill Club for the children's demonstration at the Caledonian grounds, in accordance with the programme. 6. — At 3.15 p.m. the Agricultural and Pastoral Society's show at the Agricultural Hall will be visited. 7.— At 3.45 the Dunedin Horticultural Society's show at Eoss and Glendiinng's new building m High street will be visited. 8. — At 9.45 their Eoyal Highnesses will airive at the Agricultural Hall, where the evening leception is held. THURSDAY, JUNE 27. j 9 —On Thursday, the 27th, at 10.30 a.m., her Royal Highness receives a present from the , Jaclies of Otago at the Fernhill Club, and at the same time and place his Royal Highness lcceives a leaflet on the billeting oi the Imperial troops. ' 10.— At Jl a.m. their Eoyal Highnesses leave Fernhill Club for the Triangle to lay the foun- , dation stone of the Queen's statue. | 11. — At 11.30 a.m. the royal party leave Dunedin by tiam for Lyttelton. His Worship the Mayor (Mr G. L. Dpiiniston) received a telegram, last night from ' Captain Alexander, private secretary to liife Excellency the Governor, informing him of the revision of the programme for the royal \ isit tv Diinpdin, as sketched above. In his telegram Captain Alexander says: — "You will be pleased to learn th^t his Jrt.oyal HighnesF has consented to receive the Mayor's address at the Octagon. Hb will also receive all other addresses there, and will thou reply. Her Royal Highness will present medal at the Octagon to Nurse [Ross]. I regret that there is no possibility of the hour, of departure being altered, and T trust that these changes will meet with all difficulties. The Governor feels sure that one and all at Dunedin desire in every way to contribute to the convenience and comfort of their Royal Highnesses, and that the disappointment, caused by their leaving a little sooner than expecied will be thus alleviated." His Worship (he Mayor has received a telegram from Colonel Penton in connection with the arrangements at the Octagon, in which the Commandant states that the royal carriage and the carriages for the royal suite will be taken away from the Octagon site while the addresses are being received, and the war medals aro presented to the members of returned contingents. He suggests that arrangements should be made for the carriages to turn down the east side of the Octagon, and return from the south side to their original place in the procession to pick Tip the Duke and Duchess and staff 3t the termination of the ceremony. i
