EXPORTS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS IN MAY, 1901.

The following figures, showing the quantity and value of certain experts from New Zetland passed through the Cuetojni during the mont^ «F May. are published by tbfc DepartmeDt of Agriculture for general information :—

Possibly a a experimental station could be established j at Lincoln College, when the new director j as appointed. The dairy industry is expand- j ing at a greater rate than the export of j fiozen meat, and we cannot afford to neglect it. — — I
