THE CONINGHAM DIVORCE CASE.

SYDNEY, March 26. The hearing of the Coningham v. Coningham (O'Haran co-respondent) divorce suit is still proceeding befoie Mr Justice Owen and a special jury of 12. The last tw o days have been devoted to the examination of witnesses with a view to disproving the petitioner's statement that the letters which are alleged to have pa>sed between him and the respondent were forgeries March 28. In the Coningham divorce suit the corespondent's case is closed, and the petitioner is now calling evidence in reply. Judge Owen intimated that unless an arrangement were made that another judge could take his circuit work he would to-day have to adjourn the fuither hearing until May 28. The hearing of evidence in the case was concluded to-day. Mr Want was addressing the jury when the court adjourned till Monday. April 1. The hearing of the Coningham v. Coningham (O'Haran co-respondent) divorce suit is still proceeding before Mr Justice Owen and a special jury of 12. After Mr Want had concluded his address to the jury, Coningham delivered an excited address. He violently accused Dr Q'H&iau of dcbUoying his happiness. Ha
