FINDLAY.—On the 22nd March, Mrs D. M. Fmdlay —a daughter. RAMSAY.—On the 24th March, at " Menotah," George street, the wife of Keith Stuart Ramsay, of a son. EOTHWELL.—On the 19th March, at the Shamrock Hotel, Timaru, the wife of H. Rothwell, of a son; both doing well. '
