ROXBURGH, March 4.

The Roxburgh Jubilee pontoons, built by" Mr Watson Rhodes, were successfully launched this afternoon in the presence of a large number of spectators. The timber for the upper framework is ready for erection, so that it will not be long before the pontoons will be ready for the machinery.
