AUCKLAND.
Application for a reference of an industrial dispute has been filed with the clerk of awards, Auckland, between the Hikuxangi Coal Company and Hikuxangi Coal Miners' Industrial Union. .The questions in dispute are the hours and conditions of labour and wages. ,The hearing is fixed for the 6th December at Hikurangi. It will be heard before the Auckland Board.
