Pursuant to the provisions of '" The Trustee Act, 1833," NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all CREDITORS and other persons having any DEBTS, CLAIMS, or DEMANDS against the Estate of the above-named Deceased, who died at Wellington on the 12th day of October, 1898, and Administration of whose Estate and Effects was granted to WALTER HISLOP, of Dunedin, company manager, on the Ist day of November, 1898, are hereby required to send particulars in writing of their Debts, Claims, or Demands to the Administrator, at the offices of the Perpetual Trustees, Estate, and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited), Rattray street, Dunedin, within One Month from the 20th day of DECEMBER, 1900, after which time the said Administrator will proceed to Distribute the Assets of the said Deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the Debts, Claims, i and Demands of which he then shall have received notice; and that he will not bo liable for the Assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose ' Debt, Claim, or Demand he shall not then have had notice.
