HONE HEKE'S BANKRUPTCY.
■ - WELLINGTON, November 13.' : '. A meeting of creditors in the estate of Hone Heke was held to-day. Debtor's liabilities amount "to £719 Is Id, anS .his assets to £42 7s 6d, leaving a deficiency of £676'13s 7d. The 'list of unsecured creditors .has already been 'telegraphed. .The cbnly ."secured "creditor is the Union 'Bank of Australia-, £77,128 6d. Mr-Izard, representing a number of creditors., moved that am-dnnuediate order of discharge be granted to "bankrupt on ■consenting" to judgment being entered up "against him for the .amount of all debts proved. He did not think they could do better •than annul- the bankruptcy. The motion ■was agreed to with one dissentient.
