THE PLAGUE.
CAPETOWN, November 16. The bubonic plague has appeared in the native encampment near King Williamstown. SYDNEY, November ,16. The official report is that the Singleton cases are not plague. The president of tne Board of Health declines to confirm ox deny, the Premier's statement that the Singleton ease is not on& of plague. A medical expert was despatched to-day to report.
