The latter contract was delayed through a change in the firm, and although this delay at one time looked serious, directors are now assured that the dredge will be completed not much beyoiid contract time, the contractors having promised to hurry on the work. Sharcholdeis will see from the balance sheet that contracts are in excess of capital, and they will be asked to consider the of increase of capital."
