Messrs Stronach Bros, and Morris put up for auction yesterday section 12 and part of section 13, block I, Upper Kaikorai, containing 18a 2r 12p, with dwelling-house and outbuildings (formerly the residence of the late Mr Henry Driver), but no offer was forthcoming, the upset price being £4000. Sections 37 and 52, block VI, Btockville, comprising 13£ acres, together with a 5-roomed house, weie sold for £330. Allotment of 2 roods 30.3 poles, fronting Main road, Riccartofl, East Taieri (subdivision of the, late Mr R. Cramond's property), was sold to Mr W. Gamble for £30; allotment, containing 12.25 poles, and 4-roomed brick house, Helena street, South Dunedin, was sold io ti. Goldsmith for £230.
