Acting . under instructions from the district agent for the Public Trustee, ds agc-nffor the estate, Messrs Park, Reynolds, and Co. then offered. 10 sections in Roslyn, in the estate of the la-te Henry Livingston. Five of the sections faced High street, and the others faced' Ann street. Starting with the High street sections, the prices offered did not come up to the owner's idea of the value, and they were not sold. The Aim street properties, however, were aIL, disposed of, at the following prices : —
