CYCLE BOARDS, BILL.

AUCKLAND, September 11. The secretary oi the Cycle Board's League has received a telegram from the Hon. J. G. Ward, indicating that if he is quite satisfied that the Cycle Boards Bill, now in charge 'of Mr Fowlds, is wanted by the cyclists of the *colony, he will take it up. The secretary of 'the leagufe has replied, assuring Mr Ward that the bill has the loyal support of cyclists 'throughout the colony. The bill provides for a tax' on cyclists to raise money to make and maintain cj'-cle tracks.
