beaten whites oi the eggs. Bake m small, well-buttered pitty pans lor about 15 minutes. "When the htne cakes are cold, pour some "mejtcd chocolate ove>' half of them, and over the othec kali some white icmg ; set them aside for a shot tiaie to harden, and then coat the white cake-s with melted chocolate, and the dark ones with white icing.
