Handicaps for Second Day will be declared at 9 p.m. on the 24th October, 1900. Acceptances at 10 p.m. 6. No entry will be received for any of the above Races except upon the condition that all disputes arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. Their decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. 7. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined, £1. 8.
