NEWS OF THE WOUNDED. WELLINGTON, August 21.

Lieutenant-colonel Collins has received a cable stating that the injury sustained by his son in South Africa is a flesh wound, and he is not in any danger. August 23. The Premier has received the following cablegram from Capetown, dated August 22: — "The following are particulars of the New Zealand wounded at Ottoshoop on the 19th August:— Severely wounded: Captain Fulton, back ; Lieutenant Collins, left wrist ; Sergeant Hickle, fledh wound back ; Vincent, right knee ; Sutherland, right hip and ankle ; M'Cartney, right hip; Hugh Bartlett, right leg. Slightly wounded : MAuley, flesh wound back ; Robertson, abdomen ; Corporal Alexander, right foot. Dangerously wounded : Bolton, groin. Slight wound : Baxter, accident right foot.
