. The annual meeting of the Kaikorai Foot"ball Ground Company was held in the Roslyn Council Chambers last Friday. In the absence of Mr R. Chisholm, Mr L. Kemnitz was voted to the chair, and there were about 15 shareholders present. JPhe annual report stated that during the past season the directors had paid off £22 10s, being the balance of purchase money on section 10, Bishopscourt, according to arrangements with the bank, anel in general the season had been a very successful one, the best in fact since the fprmation of the "company. The directors had also paid off the mortgage, and arranged a loan for the amount at 5 per cent, per annum, thus 'effecting a saving of 2 per cent, per annum, on their indebtedness. The statement of receipts and expenditure showed a balance of 'JBSO Is 5d in the bank. The report and balance • sheet were adopted. Ths retiring directors (Messrs R. 3aisholm, £D. Duncan, and F.
