STATUTORY DECLARATION.

I, Emzabkth AViiiUams, of Corce Hauss, Holmesdalc street, Mavrickville, near Sydney, in the Colon}' of Ne\> South Wales, do solemnly and sineeiel> declare that I have carefully read Ihs annexed document, consisting of ten foliosand consecutively numbered troni one to ten, and that it contains a true ami faithful account of my illness and cure by Clements Tonic, and also contains my full permission to publish the same in an} way ; and I make this solemn declaration con scientiously believing- the same to be true, and b^ virtue of the provisions of an Act made and passed il the ninth year of the re>gn of her piesent Majest\ , intituled " An Act for the more effectual abolition "o! Oaths: and Affirmations token and made in the vnriou Departments of the Government of New South \\ ale-, and to substitute Declarations in lieu thereof and foi the Mipju-ession of voluntary and extra-judicial Oath' and AfliiUwts."

If there be two boarders on the same floor, and the amount of side of the one be equal to the amount of side of the other, each to each, and the wrangle between tho one boarder and the landlady bo equal to the wrangle between the landlady and the other, then shall the weekly bills of the two boar- , ders be equal also gacli to each. For if not, 1 let one bill be the greater j then the other
