MOUNT PISA GOLD DREDGING I COMPANY. TO THE EDITOR.
i Sib, — The shareholders of the Mount Pisa Gold Dredging Co. are called again to a final • meeting to wind up the company. I think it 1 is the duty 01 the shareholders to investigate the concerns of this company, and see what 1 position the broker and vendor should stand in in relation to those who were induced to take ud , the shares. The prospectus distinctly says j there is a full supply of water to work the ] dredge. Yet the ostensible reason given for I winding up the company is want of water. This \ , being so, I contend the vendor and broker can t be made to return the shareholders their j money. ; As 1 do not know who the shareholders may , be, I hope you will publish this letter; and i should a^y Xhmedin or other shareholder wish to proceed in the matter, eight Tapanui shareholders are prepared to back them. It is time that the public took more interest in seeing | that their investments were properly guarded. — r I am, etc., I Alexander Mason, Shareholder. Tapanui, June 21. I
