(Feom Oub, Own Coseespondent.) CLYDE, May 13. The weather continues mild, and there ia every prospect of the present winter being an ruiusually mild one. The Molyneux, however, shows 313ns of being affected by frosts in the interior, and is consequently falling rapidly. It is now a height cf 3j.fi above -normal level. The Vincent dredge is still working 011 ilia river in the Clyde basin. The coutricsci- has made a start with ths construction of the Monte Christo dredge pontoons. The pojtoo:is 01 the Vincent Extended dredge are completed, but no machinery has arrived at the site. The dredge is not likely, therefore, to start operations this winter. The contract for the Kelly and Case} dredge pontoons has been let. The construe tioii is to be proceeded with at once.
