LONDON, May 15. A cavalry division under the command of Generals Dundonald and Bethune having outflanked the Boers, General Buller's main force were enabled to secure the Helpmakaar Plateau, thus turning the Boer position on the Biggarsburg Range. The cavalry pursued the enemy's left wing until within seven miles of Dundee. General Hildyard has occupied Indoba Hill. The latest' reports are to the effect that General Buller has occupied Dundee. General Buller, at NeAvcastle, reports that of the 7000 Avho retreated nortlrward, 1000 Avent to, Wakkerstroom, and some to the Free State. The remainder are a disorganised rabble. May 20. It is officially announced that Lord Dundonald's cavalry has reached Laing's Nek, separating Natal from the Transvaal. It is officially announced that General Clery's force has arrived at Ingogo. Lord Dundonald, on his Avay to Laing's Nek, captured some prisoners and a few Avaggons. General Buller has stnt a force to expel the Boers from Zululand. The Queen has congratulated General Buller on the reoccupation of Dundee*.
