British Central Africa has issued a new 10s value of the current type — colour green and black..
New Zealand. — The issue of the 4d bicoloured on urnvatermarked paper seems to be quite exhausted. None of them ever reached beyond Wellington, and this stamp should become very rare — especially as I hear only about 15,000 were printed altogether. I have received the old black printed on the same thick Stai New Zealand paper as oiir current Id, and 2d are now printed on, I should imagine this

Tasmania. — The new pictorial has appeared — colour green.
