The balance, J3022, will be retained. A resolution was passed that each province provide relief for its own cases. A Relief Committee was appointed to inquire into and deal with cases requiring relief.
It is reported that the crops at Norfolk Island have been a complete failure. Sentenced to death ! the doomed man stands, To die in the prime of life — No bhade of hope, no outstretched hands, 1 No friend except his wife.
