LAWN TENNIS.
The Auckland Tennis" Championship was on Saturday by H. Parker, who beat J. Peacock (6—l, 6—3, I—6, 9—7).
•' The North-East Valley Lawn Tennis Club journeyed to Outram on Good Friday and playad a pleasant game with tho local tennis club. Most of the games were veiy even, but in some of the seta the of each club had no difficulty in disposing of their opponents. The lady members of the Outram Club supplied afternoon tea. which was greatly relished by the visiting dub and the numerous Spectators.
