GRAIN AND PRODUCE REPORT.
Messrs William E. Reynolds arxi Co , Bond street, report for the week ending March 28 as follows :• —
Wheat. — "Prims milling i& receiving some little r.ttentio.i, but nil over the colonies ciops are so heavy tlmt no advance o{ ai'y kind is roticeable. We quote: ?elve!- and Tuscan up to 2s 6d ; red sorts, 2s 4d ; and fowlf eed, 2s.
Oats : The demand has s!r.ck?ned ofr considerable, owing to the ne'.v crop offering at northern ports. The first fey lines of the new crop have realised full prices on account oi mi'lers being short. Shippeis cannot find an outlet at to-day's prices, which we give at 2s for prime lailling, Is 1<H j to Is lid for prime feed, and Is 9\d to Is lOd for Oi ornery.
Potatoes: Suppiy is shoit thi'^ week, and £3 is obtainable for best quality Derwents. Kidneys meet; a veiy iriegular market.
Chan : Prime old is in very good request at; up to £3 10s ; prime new, £3 ss ; ordinary quality, £2 10s to £3.
