.DECLARED VOID. OAMARU, January 11. Major Keddell, S.M., gave judgment today in the petition against the licensing poll in Oamaru, where reduction had been carried. One ground of the petition Avas that the returning officer had not personally counted the votes in the licensing poll, and that the poll, therefore, was void.
