EXCDPtSION FARES. ■\ " . — : . i Holiday Excursion Tickets " will be issued fiom ANY STATION to ANY STATION on Hnrunui-Bluff Section, from MONDAY, 18th December, 1899, to TUESDAY, 2ad January, 1900. The Return Fares- will be : — First- Class, 2d per -mile;- Second Class, Id per mile. The minimum being 4s and 2s respectively. These tickets will be available for return up to aid including Tuesday, 30th "January, and may be extended to make them available for return for a further period of 14 days on payment of the difference in value between an Ordinary Single Ticket and half the' Excursion Fare. Persons desiring an extension of time must apply at the station to which the ticket was issued on or before 30th JANUARY. ALTERATIONS TO ORDINARY TRAILS. The following alterations in the ordinary Time Table will be observed from Wednesday, 20th "December, 1890, till Tuesday, 9th January, 1900, inclusive: — ' Holiday Excursion Tickets will not be issued for, nor will return halves of such tickets be available by the North Express train, exceptingfrom stations south of Oamaru to .stations north of Oamaru. Holiday Excursion Tickets will not be issued for, nor wijl return halves of such tickets be available by the South Express train, excepting fiom stations north of Oamaru to stations south of Oamaru. The train usually leaving Oamaru for Kurow at 4 p.m. will not leave until 4.30 p.m., running 30 minutes later than Time Table time to destination. The train usually leaving ©arna.ru for Ngapara and Tokarahi at 4.30 p.m. will not leave until 4.50 p.m., running to destination and back to Oamaru 20 minutes later than Time Table times. The train usually leaving Oamaru for Palmerston at 4.10 p.m. will not leave until 5.55 p.m., iiaheno 7.0 p.m., Herbert 7.25 p.m., Hampdcn 8.0 p.m., arriving Palmerston 9.20 p.m. - The train usually leaving Palmerston for Oamaru at 5.32 p.m. will not leave until 5.40 p.m., Hampden 6.50 p.m., Herbert 7.22 p.m., Mah'eno 7.44 p.m., arriving Oamaru 8.15 p.m. lid , By Order.
