December s.—For the last fortnight the weather has been most, variable; rain and sunshine, heat and cold, all iv one day, and the sama thing almost every day. Crcps.—The rain has doae all the crops a great amount of good, but a week or two of bright si:) shiny weathrr would be beneficial now to the ceieal crops. • Dairying.—Grass is very plentiful just now, end ihz Waiareka dairy factory is getting obou: 900 gal of milk per day. It requires three man to work it, and gives them plenty to do. [Arrived too late for last issue. —Ed.]
