ANGLO-AMERICAN SENTIMENT.
NEW YORK, November 23. At a dinner of the New York Chamber of Commerce, Mr Whitelaw Reid made a notable speech. He said it was desirable that there should be a good understanding with Great Britain and amity with Germany. It was to their common interests to have an open door in the East.
