An Astounding Cure in Melbourne. THE MIRACULOUS ESCAPE OF A COLLINGWOOD LADY; THE AWFUL EFFECTS OF A NEGLECTED COLD. BILE BEANS DO GOOD WORK AGAIN. Here is an astounding cure of a Melbourne resident. Mrs Mary Laidlaw, of 31 Ballarat street, Collingwood, Melbourne, who declares that she was in the first stage of consumption and that Bile Beans effected a remarkable cure. Read her story as told to a reporter of the Mercury. She said : — ' ' I began to feel in b a d ■ health 18 //a&l ** months ago, - % »j Uffis? as *^ c result ' !tL]i)»Tfo ■*■ \ mjfc 'j. 6 BhßTdq °^ * severe ' • ' cold * aught> until an att a c k of pneumonia ensued, and though I recovered, it left me very weak and ill, and with a frequent cough. I took various medicines, but without result, and iD a time the cold had settled on my lungs. The cough got worse, with oxpectoration, and at length it became clear that I hod consumption of the lungs. As the weeks passed by I became thinner, and dwindled away to a skeleton almost. I became so weak I could scarcely get about the house. While I was in this state a friend brought me a box of Bile Beans some six months ago, but, as I thought they were only for billiousness, I hestitated about taking" them. However, I decided to try them, and after a little time I felt an improvement. I gradually iclt brighter, and in a couple of weeks the cought got less, and I startod to put on flesh. I then kept on talcing the Beans, and am now a very different person. I can confidently recommend the .Beans to any person suffering as I was." Now, as this is the weather for influenza and colds, bear in mind the cuse of Mrs Laidlaw. Remember how her illness was brought on by a neglected cold, and do not forget that Bile Beans restored her to health when she thought she was beyond medical skill. Bile Beans are an undoubted specific for Headaches, Indigestion, Debility, Female Ailments, Liver Troubleß, Costiveness, Piles, that tired feeling, lack of physical tone, etc., etc Obtainable from all chemists, or cent post paid on receipt of price Is l£d per box, by the Bile Bean Manufacturing Co., 39 P'tt street, Sydney. — Advt. It is expected that the work of erecting the Makohine viaduct will shortly be begun, as the ironwork is nearly ready. In this case the line will be opened to Mangaweka by the end of next year, or six months earlier than was at first anticipated.
