PURSUANI to the 75th Section of " The Trustee Act, 1883," NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN that all Creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the Estate of CECILIA PEAT, late of Mount Gowrie, near Clarks, in the Pro-vincial-District of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, widow, who died at Dunedin, in the said .Provincial District of Otago on the twenty-fourth day of March, 1899, probate of whose will was granted to John Henry Hosking, of Dunedin aforesaid, solicitor under the seal of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Dunedin, and dated the second day of May, 1899, are hereby required to send, in writing, the particulars of their claims or demands to the said John Hanry Hosking, .at his offices, Exchange Chambers, Princes street, Dunedin aforesaid, on or before the 14th day of September, 1899.
