HILL— HATHFIELD.— On the 24th July, at the residence of the bride's parents, George iiowley Sale, second son of, G eorgo Henry Jiill, and grandson of the late Captain Rowley John Hill, of India, and great grandson of the late General Sir Robert Sale, G.C.8., to Frances Elizabeth, oldest daughter of John Leonard Hathfieid, of Port Chalmers. SILVER WEDDING. CLARK— MORTIMER.— On 23rd July, 1874, at the Independent Church, Collins street, Melbourne, by the late Rev. A. M. Henderson, M.A., George T. Clark, J.P., formerly of Musselburgh, Dunedin, now of Lavender Bay, Sydney, fifth son of the late William J. Clarke, journalist (first Government Printer, Victoria), to Elizabeth J. Mortimer, daughter of the Samuel Mortimer, Sale, Gippsland.
