Campaspe led over the first fence, with Spicier and Ouyen next. The latter showed tha way over the pod wall fiom Spinier, «ho\took command at the stand ami treble, with Floa ter, Euro, .Doondiah, and Ouyen following. Spieler was still in front us the straight was left, with Floater next. At the back Spicier was making the pace from Floater, Mistlotce, Doondiah, Euro, and Troy, while Buckingham fell. Euro and Doondiah were the leaders all the railway side, with Ditto and Floater close up. Floater led into the straight, and never afterwards giving the others a show, won easily by three lengths from Ditto, who beat Doondiah by a length. Ouyen was fourth; Euro,Troy, Spieler, and Mistletoe next, and Caainaat)B lap.fc. Time. Emm ljseo.
