A HAVEN OF REFUGE.
WELLINGTON, May 30.— Several local shipmasters have urged on the Government the desirableness of giving publicity through the Government Gazette to the advantages which Cloudy Bay, Marlborough, possesseb as a haven of refuge. The Minister for Marine has given an assurance that the suggestion will be given effect to.
