GORE, May 15. Two thousand seven hundred sheep werje yarded. A large number were old ewes, with a few pens of good wethers and lambs. Competition was very keen. Fat wethers brought 14s 6d to 16s; good stores, 12s 6d to 13s-i3d; lambs, 8s to 9s 3d ; fat cwea-tmedium quality), 10s; best, 12s; breeding ewes up to 12s 6d; full-mouth, 8s to 10s; culls, 5s to 7s. Thirtyeight cattle of mixed quality were yarded. There was a fair demand. Prices were without alteration.
