SHOOTING A BKOTHER-IN-LAW. SYDNEY, April 28. A clerk named Price, as the result of a family quarrel, twice shot his brother-in-law, the Rev. Mr Witcombe, .residing near Penrith, with a revolver. Mr Wit- ■ combe is in a dying condition. Price slates that he asked Mr Witcombe to sign, a document allowing Witcombe's wife so much per month. Witcombe tried to eject them from the house, and he then drew a revolver. Witcombe's statement is to the effect that Price drew t the. revqlver and endeavoured to compel him to sign the document.
