May I.— The weather during tlie past few weeka has continued very unsettled, and we have experienced a considerabl§ amount of rain and s:orm. As a consequence, agricultural operations have been in a backward state, particularly threshing, which is considerably further behind than usual this season, and will not likely be done for a week or Ifwo yet. Anderson, E. Heenan, and D. Ross.
