THE IRISH PARTY.
REUNITING THE FACTIONS. LONDON, April 5. Fifty-two Dillonites and Healyites, with Mcsprs Hnrrington and O'Kelly, attended a conference at Dublin, and resolved to reunite the party on the basis of the principle of the old Parnellite paring to secure Home Rule, at least as liberal as that provided by the bills of 1886 and 1893. Mr Healy refused to serve on the committee appointed to renew negotiations with the Redmondite section, though he consented to be bound by the voices of the majority if the Redmondites joined.
