THE SEBDOIT ADMINISTRATION. We hear that arrangements are being made , for the publication of a Democratic criticism of the Seddon Government — that is to say. I a criticism of its administration from the standpoint of its professions as claiming to be in the beßt interests of the people in general and of the workers in particular. The intention is, we understand, to distribute 75,000 copies throughout the colony by post, 10,000 of which will be circulated in Otago. The subject matter will be selected from Mr j Seddon' » various platform addresses, the I colony's official statistical- returns, and j from the pages of.. Hansard. The object of the undertaking is, to lay before the people" of New Zealand, in condensed form, i a plain statemont of fact, free from tho t colouring of party sentiment, for use as a j basis upon which to found a correct judgj nient as to whether the present Government ■ is entitled to tho continued support of the j various constituencies or otherwise.
