Weights will be declared on or about MONDAY, 17th October 1898. 4. Acceptances and Entries for the Hack Race will be received up to 'B p.m. on MONDAY, 24th October 1898. 5. Handicaps for Second Day will be declared at 9 p.m. on the 26th OCTOBER, 1898. Acceptances at 10 p.m. 6. No entry will be received for any of the fl,bov» Race 3 except upon tne conditon that all dsputes arising out of the racing shall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint.
