A Christchurch telegram says the 400-acre paddock adjoining the Cattle Peaks property, on G- leu mark, valued for the Land Purchase Board at £5 10s per acre, has just been sold to Mr William Baker for £12 per acre cash.
Messrs John Reid and Sons leport the sale of the following properties at satisfactory prices • —Allotments 16 and 17, Montpellier, to Mr Hosking; allotments 45, 46, and 47, St. Leonards, with buildings thereon, to Mrs Jackson ; half-acre, Mosgiel, to Mr Ilawke ; allotment 67, block I, Opoho, with buildings thereon, to Mr M'Lean , half-acre and eight-roomed house, Ec-llekno\vo3, to a purchaser.
