Cairo, July 27. The Khalifa has announced that he will personally lead the army against the AngloEgyptian expedition. The Khalifa's army are" concentrating at Omdurman and Kerreri. The .Sheiks of Kordofan have presented a petition to the Khalifa requesting him to reside at El Obeid and Bara if the Khalifa is defeated at Omdurman. The latter has consented.
There is £12,000 unclaimed money in r Tattersairn " hands,
