THE BUBONIC PLAGUE.
Calcutta, June 2.
Bombay reports that serious riots havt occurred at Mooltan, in the Punjab. Banguinary street fighting took place between the Moslems and Hindoos. Thirty-six of thC combatants were wounded.
Sydney, June 3.
Eastern news states that the plague is largely on the increase at Hongkong. Several Europeans have succumbed.
The Palmerston North police have receives word that a skeleton hts been found aIT Rongotea with a table knife brino. beside it.
