STOCK, IMPLEMENTS, &c. nnHE FARMERS' AGENCY COMPANY JL (LIMITED) have received instructions from Mr Thomas Andrews to sell by auction, on Friday, Ist April 1898, at 12 o'clock sharp : His well-known Farm, being Sections 2 and 5, Block VIII, Mauiototo District, and containing 400 acres, divided into nine paddocks, five-acre orchard and plantation, and substantial Buildings thereon. A'so, The whole of his Stock, &c, consist'ng of draught and light borses, sheep, cattle, farm and other implements ; also, several large stacks of grain. The Farm is well known as one of the choicr sb spots in the Maniototo, and is situate one mile and- a-half from the Kyeburn Post Office, School, and Church.
