DUNEDI N CITY MISSION.

At the monthly meeting of the executive, held on the 9Lb ir.sr., the office-bearers of last year were unanimously re-elected Tflfc Missionary reported that the Bible-read-iug clasees were again ia fall swing at H'gb. street, Union street, Albany street, George sLrttt, and Arthur street Schools with large attendances. Mr Wright is not quite satisfied with the proportion of boys,- and in this matter th<i ac.ive co-operation of pareata is earnestly ri quested. The attendance curds now in use iii all the schools have a most helpful tendency. In stamping, keeping roll book-, &c , the secvices ot many senior scholars ba^e been enlisted. The attendance at two ftcbo-sls is often affected by children who are for various reasons " kept in." Reports regarding the missionary's work in town and country were given in as u^ual and minuted. It wss resolved that Mr George M. Thomson (p-csiiit-ut) bhould on an early day commuuiciLe vfilh tke churches as to collections on ' tfchalf of the fuads ot the mUsion. It was also resolved to notify to subsedbtrs aud friends thai their annual douations were sgtiu dup, and early payment to the honorary treasurer (Me Rosevearj would oblige.
