Me&srs Donald Heid and Co leport that prices ruled as under at tbeir weekly auction sale :—: — O;vts. — There is no change in values to report. Prime milling are n demand a* la'e rates We offered ieeJ lines io day, which sold at : For- best quality, 2s to 2; Id; medium, Is lOd to Is lid per bushel (slacks extra) Wheat. — We submitted good whole wheat, which readily found buyers at 3s 5d ta 3s 8d per bushel (sacks in). Potato -s.— The market was glutted, and iv order to clear stocks — which in most cases are not in condition for keeping — the lowest values of the setsnn had to be accepted. Best qmlity sold at £'i 15 s to £i 5s per ton ; others, £2 to £3 10s (sacks in). Chaff. — 'lhe supply forward to-d,iy was unusually heavy, and prices suffered a decline of about 10s per ton from last week's values. Best oaten sheaf bold at £3 7s 6d to £3 12s (id ; medium to g^od, £'i to £i 5i per ton (bags extra).
