Trumble took two wickets for 74 runs, R jche one for 57, Trott four for 44, and Bruce two fur 40. Victoria in <h ir si-coud iunings made 184. Trott. (92) and B.u-se (21) being the principal scorers. Trott collapsed owing to the htat. M-Kibbiu took four wiekato for 79 runs, Pye two for 54, Ferris one for 36, and Noble one for 4. New Sju'h Wales have lost one wicket for 2 runs (Charlton, run out). ~ December 30. Iq their second inninga New South Wales have 10-t three wickets for 39 The weather was intensely hot, and Kelly was again unable to bat for N»SW S .>u~h Wtles. The wickbts of the laltar team in the sec >nd innings poon fell, the inuuigs closing for 92 Gregory (17) and N'<bl»» (16 not out) were t>p scorers.
