WHEREAS by and under the provisions of "The Education Act 1877" the Education Bo*rd of a district has power to promote the establishment of school districts and to d'.fiue the limits theieof, and has power also to alter such limits and to divide any school district into two or more «chool districts, or parts of such districts into one ; aud whereas it is expedient to ptomole the establishment of the Schcol District of SUTTON, the Education Board of the District of Otaso doth hereby resolve to establish the School District of Sut'on, and the same is hereby established, with the limits and boundaries hereinaifcer appeariig — that is to say :—: — SUTTON DISTRICT.
