TAHUNA PARK TROTTING CLUB.

A meeting of the Tahuna Park Trotting Club was hold last eveoing, and attended by Messrs S. Myers (chair), 'Brown, Begg, M'Douald, Townsend, Wilson, and Dr CIOBS. \ A letter was received from the Dunedin bookmakers asking the club if they would allow them to do business at the forthcoming meeting upon payment of a fee, and it was resolved to wply thafc the committee cannot allow bookmakers on the ground. It w*s further resolved — "That all bookmakers, tote-bettors or their agents, and disqualified persons be not admitted to the ground." It was agreed that the races should starb at 1 p.m. each day. The Chairman reported that the six trotting sulkies were now nuished and the club had taken .delivery of same.
