THE WOOL SALES.
London, November 29.
At the wool sales to-day bidding was quiet. Many lots wer« withdrawn. Prices were decidedly weaker.
December 1. At the wool safe a beter demand and a rather better spirit were maintained.
The Bradford wool market is depressed.-
At the wool sales there was spirited competition for good wools, while inferior and wasty wools were in weak demand.
December 4.
At the wool sales to-day there was a good sale all round, prices being firmer. There were no withdrawals. The sales close on Monday.
